Terms & Conditions for Mala Purchases

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) apply to all purchases made through www.mycintamani.com (“the Website”). By placing an order, you agree to the following:


1. Handmade Nature

  • Each mala is handmade with care. Slight variations in bead size, colour, tassel style, or finish are natural and part of the unique character of your mala.

  • No two malas are identical, and tassels may also differ slightly in length, thickness, or appearance.


2. Product Care

  • Malas are delicate spiritual tools. Avoid exposing them to water, chemicals, or prolonged direct sunlight.

  • For energetic cleansing, use smoke, sound, moonlight, or crystals. Do not soak your mala in water.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Full payment is required at checkout.

  • We accept most major payment methods offered through our checkout system.


4. Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days.

  • Delivery times vary depending on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade and personal nature of malas, all sales are considered final.

  • However, if your mala arrives damaged or incorrect, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at info@mycintamani.com.

  • Please provide photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.


6. Customised Malas

  • Fully customised malas are made to order, designed according to your chosen beads, intentions, and preferences.

  • To begin the process, you must complete the Custom Mala Form on www.mycintamani.com. Based on your responses, we will calculate the price and send you a separate payment link.

  • You will receive two design options to choose from.

  • Design work and production will only begin after full payment has been received.

  • Please allow up to 30 days for production, as time is needed to source materials and handcraft your mala with care.

  • Because each customised mala is created specifically for you, all customised orders are final and non-refundable.

  • Minor variations in bead colour, tassels, texture, or finish are natural and part of the uniqueness of a handmade piece.

  • If your customised mala arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@mycintamani.com, including photos, and we will work with you on a solution.


7. Repairs

  • If your mala breaks, please contact us at info@mycintamani.com. As they are handmade, we may be able to offer a repair service for a reasonable fee, depending on the condition.


8. Disclaimer

  • Malas are sold as spiritual and meditation tools. They are not medical devices and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.


9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
