- Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
Customised Malas
- Customised malas are made especially for you. Once confirmed, custom orders are final and non-refundable.
- If your customised mala arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you on a solution.
Repairs
