There are different ways to choose the best mala for yourself.
You can decide to select by the properties of the element, by the properties of the gemstones or by the element that represents your zodiac sign. You can choose mala by intention (see section above about the qualities of the elements).
For example, you would like to bring more creativity into your life, then you will choose the AIR mala.
If all this sounds too confusing, then don’t put much thought into it and use you intuition and pick up the one that resonated the most.
